Weight 206.8 Day 1 Kick Start


            I so need this quote in my life.  I have had some bad starts but I will finish.  I have to say today was a good day eating wise.  I lowered my calorie intake to 1200 max a day.  So far I am up to 873.  I had two of my protein shakes made with water( 160 cals ),  veggies lasagna two pieces ( 587 cals ) and one chicken strip ( 126 cals ).  I fell vitcium to the veggie lasagna and chicken strip at my job.  I can't wait until I don't have to be worried about that darn cafeteria food taunting me.
         Tomorrow begins my workouts again so I am sure by the end of this week I will see results.  The daily calorie limit goes hand and hand with my workouts so well.  Hubby try to offer me some fast food but I said no, we have food in the house.  Which we do.  I may go for some peaches instead of another shake tonight. I only have but so many calories left and I must make them worth it.
         Work today started off really bad. My manager not only messed up my schedule 1 but 2 days that week.  I am thinking like what the heck is he doing?  I feel like he did it on purpose.  He is on vacation this week so I can not even talk to him about the fact he did it wrong.  I will be riding with another coworker one day but the other I am calling out.  I am sorry but I can not keep going threw this.  I will be going to the doctor to have my back hip looked at.  It has been hurting me off and on.  Like making this strange pain.  Like it may be hard for me to walk for like a minute or two and it hurts when I bend over. Man it makes me feel old.
         Found some great thinspo over the past 2 days.  So I may post some extras today.  Enjoy ladies :-)

    Also, that's how most of my binges start, my bf is like "Let's get take-away food" and I'm like "No we have food in the house!". He does it like every day though so that's my binges are so often. Even when I say "You can but I don't want it", he ends up getting fries or something for me! So evil!
    Congrats on avoiding temptation! Sorry about your hip, and I hope you find an awesome new job soon!

    1. Hey Alice, yup I am glad that I said no. I was wayyy down on the scales this morning as a result. I know our men love us and it is nice when they think to bring us food when they are out but when we say no we mean NO. lol

      Yeah my hip started hurting this morning on the walk so yeah it kind of sucked a little. I was fine when I got on the bike though. I wonder if I pulled something.

  2. Your job seems to really get you down, it's tough because
    we spend so much time at work and it sucks is we are not happy or at least content.
    I really do hope you find something else soon.

    1. Thanks Ruby. Yeah sorry to talk about my job so much but at this point it seems to be something every single day that is going wrong. I am hoping today will be a good day at work.
