The fight is back

Sorry I have been down the past couple of days.  I just feel like everything is out to get me at this point.  After a while it refueled my hunger to lose weight.  If I can't get shit else the least I can do is lose weight and get to me 120lb.  Then of course my secret goal weight which I will reveal once I get there.
I am going to be using my replacement shake big time and my fruta planta to get back on track.  I have gotten on the scale since and my weight went up, 208.0. Back to the starting board again. I am going to give my kick start plan a week before I get back on the scale.  Soon stayed tuned.  Since I let you ladies down a little.  I will post a progress picture after my kick start plan.
I can do this.  I am great.  I have lost 10lbs so far. I gained it back but I know I can lose it again and more. I can lose 66lbs and more.  I deserve my slim body and total greatness.

    1. Thanks Kate that means a lot to me. I am disappointed to have gained all of the weight back just about.

You are so right. If it was easy we would all be thin. It takes total dedication. I am getting my head ready for that. I have to do this for the rest of my life not just short term.

  2. As soon as I have my hair problem sorted out (I'm afraid this is happening because of poor nutrition) and general health back to normal, I want to get back on track as well.

I agree with you and Katie: you are great, and you can do this. :)

    1. Thanks Trillian.

Yeah I think you need to focus on getting better. I hope the hair is related to poor nutrition. I am thinking it may be stress but I hope not that ether. Too much stress can kill.

I look forward to you joining me again.

    1. *hugs* Awww so cute! Thanks ruby. I mean I am 26 and have always been over weight. I am too young to be shut in and depressed over my weight. I should be healthy thin and enjoying myself. Which I plan to do before I get knocked up by my husband. lol.

  5. If you get thin first, you'll have to lose it all again after your husband knocks you up! :P But, you'll have plenty of practice in!

And hey, remember this one important thing! (And it often sets people back): Muscle weighs MORE than Fat! You are doing strength training, right? That will build muscle, but that is *good*, bc you can't burn fat, without muscle. The more muscle, the more fat you will burn... but in the meantime, the building of the muscle might make you stay at the same weight for a while (which is why it's good to measure inches, that'll keep you motivated). It *is* possible to get smaller, whilst staying at the same weight, if you are strength training... It's all part of the ball game, once the muscle is established/being established, you will start to notice loss again. The important thing is DON'T stop. If you stop, you risk losing the muscle. And of course, eat a healthy 1200 cals a day. If you work out, you can eat a bit more. What ever you burn pretty much, you can eat again, but *only* if you're intaking 1200 and no more.. Because that is the amount of calories it takes for you to burn more than you're eating, already. Just with your RMR and BMR/what it takes to run your body = more than 1200,so you will lose with that alone, the exercise is for health, if you burn 300, you can eat 300 more, am I making sense? Lol. Get to My Fitness Pal . COM! :P lol, you will see.

    Good luck and *love*

    1. Also, one of my links on my blog explains this... actually, I think it's the lean muscle article, which you can easily find on the site, but I'll send you the link if you want it =) It can explain better than me! =D
