Hey ladies and gents. Today was so long for me. I went to work today so that is the main part of it. I just realized why I may be so tired. I think I am over training. I went from not working out at all to 6 days a week with 3 days of weight training throw in there. Then some days at my job it is physically demanding. Like yesterday for an hour I was moving pallets and unloading boxes. Yes I was totally sweating and most likely stinking the whole day but it's not like I can say no to management when they ask me to do something.
Okay so here is what I am going to do. I am going to focus on just cardio and abs for the next week or two. That should give my body plenty of time to recover. I can not go without working out at this point. I have come to far in my weight loss to just stop working out. Working out is what is helping me get that extra 1lb off most of the time.
Oh and I hit my goal for the month of june which was 197lb. I am kind of excited. I mean I still feel like I look the same in a way. I will wait to set a weight loss goal for the month of july. We still have 5-6 days left in june and I don't know how much more I will lose but we shall see :-)
I am ready for tomorrow to be over with. Tomorrow is the day I am going to 2 hours out of town with my mother in law. After what she said to me I really don't feel like being around her but I made a commitment and I will follow threw. She already told me we are going to an all you can eat buffet and I am not looking forward to that. I wonder if she noticed my weight loss is trying to mess me up. She asked the same day she insulted me if I was still on a work out program. I was like yeah why? She was all like oh no reason no reason. I was thinking maybe I still look plump or something.
I got turned down for one of the three jobs I was waiting on so there are two more waiting in the wings. I am hoping to get the insurance one if anything plus it goes hand in hand with what I am going to school for. I am going to school for medical billing and coding by the way and my major is healthcare management.
I would also like to say hi to the new readers. Thank you for your support. My weight loss journey is just beginning and is far from over.

Thanks for the dress suggestions by the way, they were great. Oh and your mother in law sounds like she has definitely noticed your weightloss and is just a little bit jealous me thinks. Don't let her get you down though, you're too good for that.
Lots of love sweetie x
Oh she didn't get me down at all. I was just panicking because I was hoping I didn't look bigger. I looked at some pictures of me recently and noticed that my fave looks a little smaller.
DeleteI want to tell you again as I am reading though your blog WAY TO GO. you will be to 175 in no time!!
ReplyDeleteHey Linny, How are you? I know that 175lb is going to sneak up on me something quick but I am ready to embrace it. Thank you.
Deleteso happy that you are out of the 200s!! keep up the good work!
ReplyDeleteShoot, me too girl. You would have hated being where I started. I mean some many complications. I don't believe anyone when they tell me they are happy at the size they are at. Not when you are 250lbs, I don't think so.
DeleteCongrats on reaching your goal! :) you're doing so well!! What are your workouts like? X
ReplyDeleteHey! Nice to see you. Thank you so much. Now this was before I had to slow down this past week. I worked out 6 days a week with 45 minutes of cardio and 3 days with strength training for 30-45 minutes.
DeleteI had did some research and they stated that schedule with a well balanced diet gets the most results. They are so right!
