Progess pixs! You know what that means!

       That's right ladies.  I did it!  I am still just in phase one and am 25lbs away from the 3 month goal.  My deadline to reach that goal ( 175lb ) is by the end of August.  My current weight is 200.4lb!  I am totally excited.  You can see a slight difference but not too much.  My before pix I am 206lb and the after I am 200lb.  I had to upload the pictures in singles.  I did create a before and after pix but the image was too big and I don't know how to re-size it.  Tried looking it up and it was very confusing so I will have to come back to that at a later time.  Let me stick to what I know.

         I am not gonna lie.  I am disappointed that the one area I wanted to shrink didn't which is my waist.  I mean my thigh went down by 2 1/2 inches and I have this fear of looking like a upside down triangle which to me is very unattractive.  I am sure if I continue on the plan of focus on the abs I should be fine.  Well shall see.  I will do an update every 10lbs so when I hit 190lb I will do this again.
         My intake today was not that much since I was off.  I had a meal replacement shake ( 80 cals ) and treated myself to Whataburger patty melt ( 1080 )  So I do not have much to work with for the rest of the night.  May just munch on some pickles then. As usual thanks for the continuing support.

  6. OMg, your stomach is looking so much flatter though. Not sure what's happening with the measurements. But you can definitely see a difference. It's so cool that you are getting so close. And... has anyone ever told you, you have an amazing butt? Like seriously. I also hold weight on my upper half more than my ass and legs, I felt like a sausage. Apparently if you aren't predisposed to having a small waist it's all about exercise (which i HATe!) and also there are some foods you can eat to help out. I can't remember what they are, but I know it's no salt and booze. :( Congrats baby, you are looking beautiful. I like your hair straight... very chic. Xo

      I may need to do research on that then. I need all the help I can get.

      I use to like my butt. I feel like it is flat. I know I know, crazy talk.

  8. Hey Winter, it looks like you have lost weight from your stomach so I don't know why your waist measurements are the same! Maybe it will take some more time for it to show in the measurements. Keep up the awesome work and I look forward to your 190 pics! :)

    1. Thanks Alice. I would like to have a leaner upper body, small waist and big hips. To me that is very sexy. I just can't explain it.

      I am still working at it. So glad my off day is tomorrow. I am kind of tired at the moment. I guess from work and exercise.

  9. Wow, what a change in 6 lbs!! I've lost 26 lbs and I can't see that much difference!

    Your stomach is smaller.. and your boobs are smaller too! I also see it in the side pics, there is less indent..

    1. Hey there. It's nice to hear from you :-) yeah I mean posting the pixs definitely are helping me to get on track.

      I have been told that the shorter you are the more weight loss is noticeable. Most people that see me on the regular, it takes them about 20-40lbs into my weight-loss for them to notice.

      Yup I am about to do my research on tummy toning exercise and fat burning tummy foods!
