I did it! Yeah I am not out of the 200's but to hit 202 while on my t.o.m is like major! I will be getting in my cardio shortly. I can feel my muscles are sore from the strength training I did last night. I am so pumped. I mean this opens a whole new door. Who knows, maybe I can be out of the 200's by the end of next week. That would be great. As crazy as it sounds I am still hoping to be 150 maybe 160 by September. I haven't been that weight since 2005.
I do have to say that the hubby took me out on a date to Texas Roadhouse. Very good food. I made some okay choices but could have been better. It was an improvement from what I usually eat. I use to get the 16 oz sirloin steak medium with a side of fries with honey mustard instead of ketchup and seasoned rice. I kept the same two sides but I had a 6 oz center cut pork chop. I am so proud of myself for that and I didn't even eat the fries. I even had water instead of sweet tea. I am saving the fries for tomorrow.
I just feel so good right now knowing that all the hard work paid off. 2.4lbs before progress pics. I am just praying to see some changes. Oh and hi to the 2 new readers. Sorry I did say hi sooner. I was stressed the heck out for the past couple of post. Still am but that 202.4 just made me forget lol.

ReplyDeleteYou know, I was thinking about getting some Jillian Michael's DVDs, but ended up not doing it. I have a gym membership, so I should just get motivated to go. :~ In the future, maybe... But for now I should hit the gym lol

I have all of Jillian's work out dvd except the kettle bell one and her 1st 3 dvd's that came out. They really work but you have to use them like she says 5-6 days a week.
DeleteI have a stair stepper in my home that I brought at walmart. I am lazy about driving to the gym. I do walk and use the gym in our apartment complex as well from time to time.
