Curve Obession #1 Jessica Biel

            As much I love thin women I love some with curves too.  These ladies need some time in the sun too.  My first choice is Jessica Biel.  She is a sexy beast lol.  I remember her on 7th Heaven and she seemed all small and girlie.  Then she got into that kick ass training for Blade 3 and the rest is hard body history for her.
            Jessica Biel is quite tall( at least to me).  She is 5'7 and 110-115lbs.  Although some sites have her height at 5'8 I like the thought of her being 5'7 better :-)  She likes to eat 6 times a day.  This keeps her metabolism going and keeps her from getting hungry.  She eats 3 balanced meals a day along with 3 healthy snacks.
            Her work out schedule is punishing.  At least to someone who is on the outside looking in.  I guess you can do that when you are celebrity though.  She works out 6 days a week.  On two days she does a fun active activity she likes to do.  Her workouts tend to last just 30 minutes.( I wish I could get away with that )  She does very little cardio.  Her workout is mostly strength training and interval training.  She does push ups, sit ups, wide grip lat pull down, side bridges, crunches on the fitness ball and squats( obviously have you seen the ass on this girl! )






            I have to admit she is pretty as a blonde ^_^
