Pouring Sweat

I was getting it today ladies.  I did the stair stepper that I have in our apartment.  Such a small machine and I can use it in the apartment.  Can't wait until I get house and I can start investing in actual gym equipment.  I can be a lazy person and not want to work out sometimes.  At least if it is right there I am more prone to using it.  I was only able to do 40 minutes out of the 60 minutes of cardio.  I mean I was literally pouring sweat.  You would have thought I just came from taking a dip in the pool.  Had sweat in my eyes, hair soaked, you get the point.  I feel like my body is thanking me already though.
My weight was 204.4 and then dropped back to 203.8.  I am wondering what it will be tomorrow.  Sad thing is when I 1st 1st 1st got on the scale it said 201.8  I was so excited that I had to double check.  Good thing I did because that scale was lying.  I reminded myself not to get mad at it but keep going.
Oh and I decided to jump on the band wagon with Trillan and I set a monthly goal for June.  I am not trying to lose much.  I don't want to pressure myself too much or get too disappointed if I don't make it.  Okay so my goal for June is to be 197lb.  See not so bad, who knows maybe I can do better.
I hope the rest of you had a great day.  I had a pretty okay day.  I applied to this job that I really really want.  I am hoping since I know someone on the inside I will be able to get in. I m a good worker and once I learn a job I do it well.  So it's not like I will get the job and not be thankful or lazy. The pay is what I need right now as well as the days and hours.  I actually would try to keep the job I have now part time because I am going to need the money for paying off school loans and saving for my house and wedding reception.  Which may not be next year after all.  Doesn't stop me from wanting to be 120lb by may next year. See you ladies on the next post.

  2. Love the thinspos.

I always weigh myself in the morning (and I always double, triple check), so there's no extra weight from eating or drinking, if I were you I'd just disregard the 204.4 and the 203.8 lbs.

Yay for the workout! :D I wanted to go today, but I didn't. Lazy me.

    Let's do it!

    1. Yes I am sad I did not get the promotion on my current job but I hope this other job will take me away from this one.

Sure lady. Feel free to join me and Trillan. I never thought of setting a monthly goal until I read her blog and saw how much it was helping her stay focus. It works!

    1. Thank you. I am trying to do well for my mind and body. Can't not take all this negative body crap much longer. Trying to get into a good head space.

  6. Go you!! I was like that when I went to the gym! Lol, sweat dripping.. And when I cleaned my apartment for 2.5 hours, lol. It feels great, eh?

When you weigh right after working out, you can be lower, because of the water you've lost.. most accurate time is first thing in the morning, after peeing! :P I find that when I weigh right after a workout, I tend to go up a little after, but by morning that first weight is my actual weight, or there abouts.. let's hope the same is true for you! =D

    1. It is for the most part. I tend to drop after a workout no complaints there. My perfect weigh in time is actual 11am.

I have already went to the bathroom and usually there is nothing in my system and I feel like everything is evened out. Tomorrow I will have to do it at 9am though since I have to be to work at 10am. Long day tomorrow.

  8. I laughed so much at the scale part. I do step on the scale 3 times to be absolutely sure, and I swear every time I step on it again it shows a little more :p So sometimes I want to just throw the scale out of the window...hahaha
No doubt you will be 120 lbs by may next year....

    1. lol, it is the truth. I mean when I am home I can get on the scale in the morning, mid day and night and don't feel bad about it one bit. it helps me to stay in check with my eating.

I better be 120lb by next may, I actually am now hoping to be to my goal weight by then.
