Weight 207.6

           Hey everyone.  I would like to take this short time to welcome the two new people who have joined in my secret crazy world of dieting.  Thanks for reading my crazy thoughts.  On to more news..... I did much better today with my calories.  I am very proud of myself.  My daily limit as I have said before is 1296 and I had 1244.  I am so excited.  I am looking forward to getting paid this friday so that I can buy some more fresh fruits and veggies.  I even got my work out in and I am very proud of myself.  Using Fitday.com is really helping me a lot.
           I do not think I will set weekly goals for right now and just focus on making better eating choices and getting in 4 days of exercise a week.  I will increase the time limit and amount of days I work out over time but stick to what is working for me at the moment.  If you have any advice or questions please feel free to leave them below.  I hope you all had a good day as well.

  1. Hey winter, 1200 cals a day is a great number for you, and exercising four times a week is good too. I'm sure you will see some awesome results :)

    1. Thank you. I know I am going to have to be constant. I can get impatience sometimes and get disappointed with the numbers on the scale. I will try not to focus on that so much.

    1. Thanks ruby. I am trying. This keep up with calories daily and exercise is still kind of hard for me. I got use to eating whatever I wanted when I wanted.

  5. Hi Winter, I love fitday.com. I only use it for the weight chart and the suggested calories in order to lose X amount of weight, but I used to use the feature to track what I was eating, quantities, and the calories in all of that. Works quite well. :D

    1. Really! I am liking the site so far for now. I mean it really does do all the work for you. I am hoping I can keep this up with the tracking. I am planning to get me a smart phone when I get promoted so hopefully then I can track things a lot better.

A smartphone is a *really* good idea, bc then you can add your cals as you consume them and add your exercise too. myfitnesspal does all of that and has EVERY food you can think of and if for some reason it doesn't, you can *scan* any foods barcode and it will tell you! Amazing! Sorry to rant on so much about it, but it's doing me wonders and I just got it, really! Lol
    I looooove love love your before and after thinspo, it's THE most thinspirational to me! So, thank you!
    I do my goals short, like random example: I want to be 3 lbs down, in two weeks.. so then I'm not thinking about the huge amount of lbs between me and my ultimate goal, right? Small goals = Stay focused =D

    1. Thanks for responding! Yeah I am hoping to get this promotion at work so that I can get a smart phone for my husband and I. I don't have one and he needs a new one.
      I tend to find a lot good before and after pictures threw google and other blogs. If they can do it, we can do it.
      3lbs should not be a problem. I think you can do it. You would have to stay totally focus. Small goals are the best. I don't have too many goals because it I don't meet them then I get sad.
