My Meal Replacement Shake

 


                Hey there.  I would 1st like to welcome my new follower.  Thanks for following me on my weight loss journey.  I would also like to thank those who are concerned for my health.  I really appreciate that ( You know who you are )  I plan to slowly change my eating habits as I go along.  I just find it easier to use meal replacement shakes for the time being.  I tend to over eat.  Meal replacement shakes or restricting my calories seems to be all that really works for my body.  I will slowly whine my body back into food with time.  Okay now this is Spiru-Tein my meal replacement shake I use.

               This is the flavor I am using at the moment too.  I am thinking about trying strawberry next but some strawberry shakes are nasty so I am scared to try it because I don't like wasting food or my money.  I like to mix one scoop with 4oz of water.  I use to use milk but that has way to many calories and costly over time where is water out my tap threw my brita filter is free.  I tend to drink 3 oz for breakfast, lunch, and after noon snack.  I sometimes have it for dinner or I end up eating whatever my husband cooks or event that pops up.  It is full of vitamins and minerals as well.  Doesn't taste bad at all.  I like it.  I just dislike that it turns green when mixed.  I am constantly having to explain to people at my job what it is.              I had a really bad day at work but I did excellent with drinking my meal replacement today.  I am about to start doing yoga.  I wanted to do Pilates but I need to buy a new dvd.  Not liking the one I have at the moment.  I am not up to the level they are and it is 20 minutes long.  I just would like the 10 minute one to start.  They make have it on netflixs I think.  Forgot about that. 
              I am also trying not to weigh myself everyday or every week.  I am waiting until my pants feel baggy.  Not sure how baggy yet.  I actually felt smaller today when I was at work.  My jeans didn't feel as tight and they seem loose already.  They are stretch jeans so it is hard to know if it is because I lost weight or if they got over stretched already   0_o
               I hope everyone else day was great and I am off to surf the net and relax for the evening.  I should really do that quick workout though.........

    I have never tried any exercise DVDs, are they good?

    1. Some are good and some are bad. I have not come across any bad ones. Everyone has different needs and wants for working out. Like I personally would like a lean, skinny and curvy body. So for the time being I am doing Pilates.

      Usually for my body to see result the fasted I had to do old fashion jogging along with strength training.

  3. Visalis shakes are amazing! And they don't turn green :P lol, awesome thing too, is you can add flavour, they have sachets of like, chocolate, coffee flavour, even orange, lol. And it allows you to add a bit of peanut butter! It's not actually vanilla flavoured, but cream something, maybe cookies and cream, I'll find out for sure if you like x
    But, hope your one is working for you!
    I do the Tracy Anderson Metamorphasis, but I don't follow the food plan - too much food and too much hassle, lol - I *really* want to do the insanity workout, though it looks scary! Haha. I go to the gym too =)
