Husband just noticed I have no waist

       Okay the rest of my day went great until I got on that damn scale 205.8!  I have been working out and not eating over 2000 calories a day and this is what I get.  I mean as you can see I was already mad.  So anyway the husband orders pizza for this evening's dinner.  I decided to go ahead and have some.  I had 4 slices, 1 diet Dr.pepper and one meal replacement shake.  That is what I had today instead of the plan to have just 3-4 shakes and 2 diet Dr.pepper.
           I was on the couch enjoying the fact that I could cross my legs a little and he is poking at my sides and lifting up folds.  I didn't say anything at the moment because I was too busy on the phone.  So later I asked him what he was doing.  Of course he did not answer.  I told him I would keep asking until he told me.  So he did and he was like " I wasn't sure if you would get mad.  I mean, I find it kind of sad that you have no waist and that the skin there doesn't get air because of the folds."
           Hey I know the truth hurts but I wonder if my husband is starting to see what a fat slob I am.  He has been staring at me a lot lately.  I thought it was because of my progress but now I am not so sure.  I am trying to think of what else to do.  Do I need more exercise?  Diet pills?  A more restricting diet?  I have no idea but I am not liking the fact that the scale is not showing results of of my hard work on top of the fact that now my husband is really watching me. Sorry so annoyed right now.

These pictures here show just how much little or drastic changes can change your body.  I can't wait for my waist to look like the ladies above.  I have never had a flat tummy.  I still dream of wearing low rider jeans one day.  I wonder if I am not trying hard enough.......

  1. Your husbands comments were in sensitive but try not to let it upset you.
    I know only too well how hard it is to see a gain but don't let it discourage you, it's all part of the process.

    1. Thank you. I hope it is all part of a progress. Man I couldn't even really sleep last night. I am about to go the gym right now and get back to my eating plan today. Thank you, you have no idea how much your comments mean to me.

    1. Yes indeed I think I need to revamp my eating habits. I mean it is just nuts. Had two slices of pizza tonight and some cheesy bread. Disappointed in myself and looking forward to adding to my plan. Thanks for reading.

  3. Stay strong, don't listen to harsh words. You need to keep up what you're doing - it's good, honestly! Stick to the protein shakes. Don't get discouraged and binge. If we gave up every time we got discouraged we'd never get anywhere :P So keep at it, and I promise you if you're doing it right the weight should fall off and in no time you'll be reporting that you're in the 190s! I swear to you sweetheart :)

    1. That makes me feel good and bad since I had two slices of pizza which I mention above. I need to order my diet pills but damnit I have been so broke. Oh they work trust me. I would be acting like this if they didn't. Thanks for reading, you made me feel mush better.

  4. Hey, I'm sorry to hear your husband is giving you a hard time about your weight, try not to let it get to you. You are doing your best to change your body, it will happen in time.
    Do you know what your daily calorie requirement for weight loss is for your heigh and weight? There are online calculators to help you work this out and as long as you eat under it you should be able to keep on losing weight easy :)
    Also, the follow button on blogger is still gone, I don't know what's going on, damn blogger!

    1. Hey thanks for reading. I thought the "join this site" was the follow button. I could be wrong.

      I am actually going to sit down and see what my calorie intake should be. I know someone on here can't remember which blog but she said something about some website that will do all of that for you and for free. I may need to look at that. Sad thing is my doctor is one who would like me to get to 120lb. I know it is sad but I want to do it to prove I can I can do it but I don't know if my body will let me. It never did before. I got to 142 and it refused to lose any more weight after that.

  5. myfitnesspal - absolutely awesome. I'm 5'4 and I only get 1200 cals a day. I think 2000 is too much for your weight and height, if you want to lose.
    You can get an app for your phone and there's a website for it. It's truly a godsend! I have eaten way less cals today than I would have!
    It says you can lose up to 2 lbs a week, healthily, but it will also tell you how much you can lose if you add say, 1000 cals for the day. I put in 200 and it said I Can lose 19 lbs or so in 5 weeks, I think it was.
