Revamping Eating Habits

Good morning, it is still morning here.  Anyway I weighed in this morning at 206.2  Not bad, I know it is because I ate that pizza.  Full of bread and sodium no doubt this is mostly water weight.  I will be going to the gym a little later.  Now fair warning I am about share some more of my interesting marriage crashing into my eating habits.  I like to say eating habits and not diet.  Diet is short term, healthy lifestyle means you are eating healthy, eating habits are things you tend to eat but want to make improved changes.
On with the story.  So My husband and I just got done having relations I like to say.  He likes a particular position because it makes my waist look smaller.  Of course I ask him why do you not see it any other time?  He was like don't ask that question which answers my question.  I am not mad or upset with him at the moment because I am too busy thinking of new eating habits.
This comes way of Ruby-Tuesday and Unpretty.  Unpretty has managed to be meeting her goals because she has no binged and she has been eating but she stays within a calorie limit that still allows her to lose weight.  She isn't even working out!  This got me to thinking would this work better for me?  I believe so.  The two times I did manage to at least get back into the 160's I was working out and watching what I ate, stayed within the same calorie range every day.  I would treat myself every 2 weeks which limited my fast food basically to once a month.
Since hubby and I are on a budget for the renewal of our vows next year.  That will help me to cut out fast food.  I am about to sign up for fitness pal to see what should I be eating and to keep track of what I am eating and what my exercise is helping me burn.  I am going to have to be consiste but hey isn't that what weight loss is?

Mila Kunis   I have really began to take notice of this beautiful women.  I am looking forward to seeing her in more movies and watching her grow.  This women wearing skinny well.

    1. Thank you. Yes and I have to take a family portrait with my parents and sister in september. I signed up for fitday instead since there seems to not be many people on there. Now I know what my daily calorie limit is. 1296, that is a lot actually. I am sure it will change as I lose weight.

Yes my husband is a total romantic. I know the dress I would like to wear so yeah gotta get in shape. Thanks for the support.
