Burn some Muscle!

       Hello everyone.  I am sure you can guess what we are talking about today. Yup exercise.  Just two days ago ruby-tuesday posted how she managed to get up at 6 in the the morning to go work out.  Now how is this women going to make time to go exercise and yet when I am off I just sit on my butt aiming for 10 minute exercise sessions.  I know my body needed more.
       Today I managed to get in a hard core work out for 30 minutes and you know what.  My body thanks me for it.  After the work out I appeared thinner in the mirror.  I do not think this was just my mind playing tricks on me because for the 1st time in months I could not keep my husband's hands off me.  He has not said anything about me looking smaller.  I don't go fishing for compliments.  I want to earn them.  Anyway I have just came up a new work out schedule to help me lean out right a long with my replacement shakes.
         Okay so the workout plan I have right now is 30 minutes on the treadmill.  I walk for 15 minutes jog for 10 minutes and walk for 5 minutes of cool down.  I am thinking in about 3 weeks I will increase the the time to 40 minutes.  Slow and steady wins the race.  I want lean muscles so I have decided to do Pilates for the time being.   I like to do Pilates in the evening giving my body some extra burn in the evening and hopefully threw the night as I sleep.  I know I like to work out 4 days a week and as soon as I wake up.  That means on the days I have to be to work early I have to wake up early and get in my work out session.  I know it is going to be worth it.
        PS had one meal today. Boy that husband of mine. I do love him but those eating habits he has.  He fixed chicken nachos last night which I turned down.  Today it was fried chicken.  I had 4 pieces but I am done eating for the day. Back to my shakes.  When the horse kicks you off, you get back on that house and try not to get mad or take is personal.  That is what I am doing. Talk to you all soon.

    You sound like you are really motivated so you must be on the right track, I think being motivated is half the battle.

    Will you be posting progress pic?

    I wish you all the best on your journey, although I think you are already beautiful inside and of course outside.

    1. Thank you for reading and the lovely comment. It's funny you ask about the progress photos because I was just thinking about that yesterday. I was thinking of posting a progress photo when I reach 190lb. I am always afraid to post progress photos too soon and see no progress, then I may resort back to old habits.

      I was told writing a blog can keep you motivated. I have to say so far it is working.
