Vitamins / Make me Over

Just because I want to be thin does not mean I want to be unhealthy or do not care about my health.  I hope everyone had a good day today.  I ate today.  Wasn't healthy food ether.  But I did not go over 2,000 calories so that is good.  Trying to think of what I should do.  I do want to be 200lb by the end of the week but with how my body is I know I am going to have to fight for that.  Anyway on to the topic of the evening.
Vitamins.  I do take vitamins.  I have been slacking something terrible for the past year just about.  I take several vitamins since they all do something different and good for my body.  Let me explain my vitamin selection.  Muilt-vitamin for overall health, vitamin D3 for energy and bone health, zinc and biotin for hair grown, and cranberry for my bladder.
Now I do have some more that I plan to add to my list.  I will be adding a fiber pill.  Fiber helps to keep one full and things moving.  Anything to keep me from feeling hungry I am all over it.  I will also be adding green tea pills.  I am sure everyone by now knows the benefit of green-tea when taken daily and on a regular basis.  I am too lazy to drink it everyday but in pill form, I can handle that. When I take the pills I take them at night by the way.  It gives them time to absorb into my body.

Like this young lady pictured above I would like to give myself a complete makeover.  Not saying she had anything done but she looks good, almost like a different person.  Besides losing weight I would like to improve my skin, hair and teeth.  I am not sure about everyone else but as a adult I do not brush my teeth as much as I should  6_6  I know I know.  I am getting better at it.  Now the vitamins will help my hair along with daily oils to keep my hair moisturized.  Now I have adult acne or just acne period.  Always have since I was 11.  Horrible acne at that.  I was teased so badly.  When I mention my acne people always say "I didn't notice". Thank you but trust me it is there, I hate it, want it gone.  I may have to see a specialist.  That shit in the store ether does not work or works slow as hell.  I will talk to you all tomorrow with a new topic of choice ^_^  Oh if you guys ever want me to talk about in particular let me know.

    1. Amen sister. People tend to bash on thin women these days. I know it is out of jealous but you for sure do not know that persons eating habits. We work hard to get thin and it takes work just like the celebs.
Yes! A makeover has always been a dream of mine. I want people to see me after my improvements and say I look better than when I was 18( at 18 I was at my lowest weight of 142lb )

  3. Vitamins are very important. I take chewy calcium and iron whenever I am restricting... in my opinion those two are particularly important.

    1. That is good to know. I just knew vitamins played a part in how I feel and for what it is I want to do with my body. I get my daily dose of iron with the multivitamin as well as the calcium.

Oh yeah I am gonna fight this time. I am taking this fat out once and for all!

  4. I like your attitude! I am on the same page! Lol.. This fat is doing DOWNNNN! And it ain't coming back!!

I use gummy vits, but pill vitamins often don't work without food, or at least a tonne of water. Green tea etc, I know needs to be taken with like 12 oz... Most of my diet pills need to be taken with 12-16oz of water. But, be careful with the vitamins, a lot of them can't metabolise without food and would be a waste of money, without your even knowing it =/ Even taking them with your shakes should be okay =)
