Weight 185.6

Hello.  It is so hot here today where I live so forgive if I am not all here in this post.  My 1st day off of the week but I got some things to take care.  I am in the middle of washing clothes and just finished up my work out.  I was sweating like crazy and I am ready for a shower.  I am waiting until the clothes are done being washed in case there is something inside the clean clothes I want to wear.
As you can see I closing in my weekly goal of 184lb.  Hey I will take what I can get.  I am busting tail too to get to that 175lb.  So strange to see the 185 and think I am 10lbs away.  Sounds so close and so far at the same time.  Very weird.  I think the two work outs a day starting next week is really going to help me a lot.  Need to search for some music to add to the ipod so I can rock it out.
People at my job are finally noticing my weight loss.  Some still choose not to say anything of course.  My one coworker who lives two buildings behind me said I lost quite a bit, lol.  Hardly, wait until she sees me by May next year.  This one girl said she never sees me eat.  Lol I wasn't sure rather to be happy or concerned that she was watching if I eat or not.  I have my meal replacement shake when I am work.  It helps me to not eat all that greasy, fried or stale food they serve us.  I explained that to her and she was like ohhh.  I told her I mostly eat at home which is true.  I mostly eat at home.
Then hubby took a peak at the number on the scale when I got on it yesterday which was 187.2.  He said he was so proud of me and amazed that I have been continuously dropping the weight.  The last time he saw my weight I was 202lb and he thought I was upset and I told him back then no I wasn't.  I was glad to get away from that 205 I was stuck at.
That is all I have for today.  I am about to go and start catching up on your blogs.

    1. Amen there sister. I love the heat it just makes me so tired. I washing clothes and was walking to the wash room on site so the heat worn me down and I still got in my daily work out.

Yeah me and my mom are good at getting work outs in. It's the food that always messes us up. Although sometimes my body will get lazy and I have to force to work out or change the plan. I already got plan two for next month so I am not worried about that.

Yeah just about 30lb lost. I was 210lb I can't remember what month but yeah. I think that was in April actually. I have got to do this. I need to know that I am beautiful strong and can be slim thin sexy whatever you want to call it.

    1. Hi LittleMissFairy it has been a while. Miss you lots.

Yes I am for sure trying to keep it up. It is weird because some days I can not see the weight loss and other days I do.

    1. Yeah I say that now but doing it will a completely different story. Like when I first started posting on here at one point I was working out 2 times a day. One time in the morning and then in the evening. I lost like 8lbs in one week! So I wanted to do it again so I can make sure I reach my goal.

I already have my new workout dvd planned out for the month of september. It will be a new challenge and keep me from getting bored.

  7. congrats on another great number! Yours is one of the few blogs I read that actually posts consistent numbers. I'm so glad that you chose to lose weight by eating right and exercising a.k.a. the RIGHT way instead of starving yourself. I know from experience that starving the weight off is miserable, it controls your mind, and the weight likes to just creep back on the second you chose to eat more than your usual. It might seem like the numbers are going down slowly, but at least you know they are gone for good! Keep up the good work!

    1. Thank you AstoriaC. I so need to catch up on your blog.

Yes I am trying to do it the right way. Some people may not see the meal replacement shakes as the "right way" to lose weight but they help me a lot. My job always has junk food around so having the shakes helps me to not eat that crap. I work 4-5 days a week so I try to do most of my healthy eating there. Still working on that at home but kind of hard when you have a husband who can eat anything and not gain weight lol >.<
