Good Morning. Did you all miss me? I missed you all. I have been checking in to see who has been posting in my comments area as well as who has made new post. I still wont really be able to read them until probably wednesday night after my date with hubby. Yeah I am pulling 6 days in a row this week. God must have his hand on my shoulder because I do not feel tired at all as of yet.
Anyways, I did not work out but twice last week. I discovered why I never finished week 3 and 4 on the Jillian micheals dvd. I do not like those work outs. Even though it is still interval training. During week 3 and 4 you are not really using weights but your body weigh. I was serious when I said I felt like I was trying out to be in the army or something. Another thing I have come to realize is that I need a break after 4 straight weeks of exercise. I didn't realize that I had done 4 straight weeks of exercise. So I took the rest of last week off and I will be taking this week off as well. I am getting in some fun cardio by dancing for fun but yeah that is about it.
Okay so my current weight is..........181.8 with my BMI at 31.21. As you can see I did not hit my goal last week which I could have if I had worked out lol. I am okay with my number because I am close to 180lb as well as being 6lb away from hitting my phase 1 goal of 175lb. Okay I am about to relax some more before I go in to work. My department manager will be back from vacation and I hope he is in a good mood and stays in the back lol. He is good at sales but I like it better when he is not hovering. He puts too much pressure on to be pushy and I am not a pushy sales person. Hopefully I will be post again sometime soon. Bye bye for now.

You totally should! They really do work. With 1 week you can start seeing results. I just really dislike the training in week 3 and 4.
DeleteYeah I am looking forward to my Slim in 6 program. In that program it took me longer to see results but this time I am doing my own cardio inside of the boring one she does.
Winter, you are such a fucking inspiration. I mean, you're consistent and your goal is to be healthy. I think it's amazing. And congrats. I'm backing you to win the challenge, because gurrrrrrrrrrrrrrl you have strength. Xo

DeleteI don't have any complaints about the Philosophy teacher and I'm truly the only one to blame for the not-so-great marks on the exams. She's a fair marker and a great prof. I ended up with a B on my final, so I didn't do too poorly on the final exam as I thought.
ReplyDeleteThe Lit. prof, though, is tough, have unrealistic expectations, isn't a fair marker, and on top of that I had my own drama going on at the same time. A recipe for grade-disaster.
I'm not sure about keeping a set weight goal (like, it must be 99 lbs), so I'll just wait and see. But I want it to be under 120 lbs for sure. Back in the day I had small boobs (B-cup), now I'm a 32E; it's things like that that make me think if I should keep those goals. I know I can achieve it, but now I think I should give some more thought to it.
I got two J.M. DVDs, by the way. The "30 day shred" and the "killer buns and thighs". I haven't started yet, but on Tuesday I did some exercises that I knew from before, with ankle weights, and now my thighs hurt a lot. :( It was very light and just a few reps, so I really am in a terrible, terrible shape.
