Good evening everyone. I was rushing here to get my weigh in posted. I worked the closing shift tonight. I did get my morning work out in and after this post I will get in my evening cardio.
Anyway I am in Zero Intentions challenge but I forgot to post my starting weight. My starting weight was 187.6lb with BMI of 31.86. Today my weight is 183.8lb and my BMI is currently 31.55. I have been annoyed because I have been bloated the past couple of days and my weight is trying to mellow out so the weigh loss is creepy crawly slow. I know any weight loss is good but I have a deadline to meet. I don't have time for that right now.
I also decided I will save my mini mini shopping spree for my bday. I am off that day and at this one store I am apart of a club. On my bday I save 20% off my total purchase. The clothes there are totally affordable there. Tried a few pieces on back when I was 208-210 and yeah they look like crap on me. Maybe this time I can look better in their pieces. And be smaller than 175lb.

Thank you! My birthday is september 6th, it's on a thursday this year and my hubby's birthday is exactly two weeks later ^_^
DeleteLike you said, any loss is a good loss :) When I started her challenge I was 137 and now I'm 133 so I really think we can all do this! We can reach our goals this month :)
