I seriously thought I was not going to make it. I know you guys are probably like "lady what are you talking about you? You have been killing them numbers." With all the stress and everything I have been dealing with these past couple of weeks I mean I was fighting not to lose my mind.
I am okay at the moment and I will take that. I have started back up my exercise this week and I think that helped a lot. As I have said before doing the Slim in 6. My goodness my body is like sore. The longest 45 minutes ever! Then 2 days I am doing a extra 6 minutes on my abs making it a 60 minute work out. It will be worth it when I can rock that bikini next year on the beach. Okay picture time.

The other thing I did not tell you ladies is I decided for each phase I would select one item I have that I really would like to fit into. I took pictures at the beginning of this journey and at the end. In this case I have a beginning, middle and end.

My phase 2 goal is to be 142lbs. I have until the end of November to reach that goal. Kind of sucks because it is right after Thanksgiving! My sister will be visiting me and it would be pretty cool to wow her. I will try these jeans on again at the end of Phase 2. I added in a special item for Phase 2 I would love to fit in. A black mini dress. I love it. I brought it 3 years ago. Even then I had to stuff myself in it to make it fit okay. I would like for it to fit like it should and look like it should.
I would also like to add a list of things I achieved in Phase 1:
Losing inches
Losing 30lbs
Did 4 weeks of consistent exercise
Stopped snacking so much at work
Learned to portion food better
Started taking vitamins
Never giving up!
For Phase 2 I would also like to focus on my teeth and skin care. This acne is so annoying. Mine leaves behind dark marks too. So not cool. I already brought some products today. For my teeth I will have to wait until next pay period to tackle that. Was looking into the whitening strips and mouth wash. Doesn't hurt to double up.
I noticed I have 1 new reader, Hello ^_^ I would like to thank everyone who continues to read my journey of weight loss and my obsession with trying to get another job >.< I don't think I could have done it without the support and love I get from you all. *hugs*

They fit! Congrats on reaching your phase one goal Winter, losing 30 pounds is a huge achievement! You have lost so much in your measurements as well! I just know you will reach your phase two goal!!

Winter. You have done fucking fantastic! I want you to really put the December pictures and the August pictures side by side. That is determination. You have been doing amazingly, and all the feelings of pain or doubt or where you just wanted to buy the entire McDonald's menu, it's worth it. Ah, this is like a Biggest Loser Moment, but real life. I am so proud of you and you should be ecstatic with yourself. Maybe show these pics to hubby and see what he thinks? i know you'll only do better from here on out.

OH MY GOD! I'm so happy for you Winter. You are so inspiring, you've come so so so far it's incredible. You're the most motivated person I know. I'm so happy for you. This has seriously made my day and reminded me of all the reasons why I need to get back on track.
