Weight 182.6 Feel so Fat......


        Good evening.  I feel so tired omg.  I am talking like weak tired and not just tired tired.  Week 3 of that dvd is no joke.  We are barely using weights now.  I feel like I trying out for the marines or something.  She has us doing crazy stuff. Like crab walking and inclined push ups.  Didn't help that last night my team lead had me and this other guy stay an extra hour to put heavy furniture on pallets then I still came home and did my cardio.
        Despite getting down to 182.6lb I still feel super fat.  When I was 182.6lb before in 2010 my tummy was much flatter.  This time it still sticks out and I still look super fat.  I am not happy about it.  Then the past week just about I have been dealing with an upset tummy almost every day along with having a hard time moving things.  I am not happy about that because that is adding to the weight on the scale and my tummy looking flat.
       I know most people are like oh eat some veggies and blah blah.  Yeah tried that it isn't working.  I am looking into getting some laxatives of some kind.  No worries.  I wont use it everyday or after every meal.  Just when I need it, like now.  Hmmm may take a ride to the store today. So tired of feeling fat and bloated.
         Still need to get in my evening cardio.  Even though I am bloated all to hell I can tell that it is helping for me to have hit 182.6lb.  I know for sure I will hit 180lb by the end of the week.  I am just hoping by time I hit 175lb I will look better and feel better in my skin.  Hope you all had a great day. My day off was well you read..........lol.

  1. Winter 182 is so good! You are still continuing to lose and that is the most important thing! Everytime you feel fat, just remember that you have already come SO FAR since you started your journey. I bet you look great, keep it up!

    1. Thank you, sad thing is I felt great this morning even though the scale went up. This was due to eating some fried chicken 0_o I still have 4 days to burn it off which I know I will.

  2. Good job, you've come really far already. And you still got a long way to go. But yo know; it doesn't matter where you start, it matters where you finish.
    Cheer up, ok?

    And not happy about the laxatives :(... they are the devil in sheep's clothes so think again, carefully. And do your homework because they can really mess up your system.

    1. Yeah I didn't feel good at all yesterday. Today I feel fine. Thank you, I do feel a bit better.

      I will do that when I get back home tonight. I was thinking about fiber pills as well. At least that counts as a vitamin.

  3. Wow! 182, that's great :) I'm sorry you feel so tired and bloated though. I'm sure after a day or two you'll feel even a little better :)
    Take care of yourself though. Don't strain any muscles too much <3

    1. Yes, I hate the bloated and tired feeling. I feel okay so far today.

      I will take care of myself to the best I can, yeah the only place I can strain a muscle is at work. I decided from now on I will take my time when it comes to doing anything there. Besides I am helping out other departments where you all hear me mentioning that I am loading boxes and stuff. I am only paid to do my job so when it comes to everyone else. They get what they can get from me, from now on.

    I have had days like this as well & know how you feel! I was thinking of trying laxatives too but I still haven't ventured into it, I've heard mixed reviews! certain fruits & fruit juice have natural laxative effects: Dried prunes, Dried apricots, prune juice, green tea & detox tea are supposedly great.

    When I drink coffee & herbal teas like green tea & berry tea they help me.

  7. Sorry I havnt been around long story but I am trying to catch up on everyones blogs. Instead of Lax use colon cleansing tablets. They are much safer and work more gently. I use some called Acia berry colon cleaner.

    1. No problem Linny. I was wondering how you were doing. See I never thought about the colon cleaner. I am going to have to look into that. Although for the past week and a half I have not been backed up. My husband thinks it was due to stress. I think he was right. Soon as I got this interview I was fine after that.

      I didn't get the job and already started to get backed up. Soon as I started to relax my mind I was fine again. Still going to by that colon cleaner just in case.
