Good morning. I have some time to actually write a post before I go in to work today. Was able to weigh in at my normal time today but had a little food in my tummy and no exercise today. Today is my rest day.
Alright ladies, tomorrow will be my first weigh in for the Piggy Challenge so I am excited about that. I forgot to post my starting weight and bmi on here but I did post it in her comment area for the challenge. So tomorrow we can see how the two compare :-)
This week and next week is where I kick my exercise up a notch. I will do my Jillian michaels dvd in the morning and cardio in the evening( just 30 minutes ) This is week 3 of the Jillian michaels ripped in 30 days. I have never completed week 3 so I am very excited to achieve this.
I also decided what my work out plan for next month is going to be. I discover the jillian michaels no more trouble zones workout is mostly just toning and no cardio. I need a combonation f both for me to see the best results. So I decided to finally give my slim in 6 another try. I am going to be skipping the 1st two week though because Jillian plan is somewhat simliar as far as how the work out has a balance of cardio and toning. So my work outs starting in september now will be just about an hour. Not looking forward to the hour thing. I will have to be more careful with my planning work out times. I am sweater so I need time to cool off before going off to do anything else.
Goal for this week is to hit 180lb. Gotta make this happen. My time is coming to an end and I still need to get to 175lb. Looking forward to my work out tomorrow. Enjoy the rest of your sunday everyone.

DeleteI envy your workout dedication..I'm sure you have tons of energy. Your goals are realistic, I know you will reach them, and be on top of the challenge...:)
ReplyDeleteI have to have the work out dedication. Without the workouts my weight loss would be like super slow. I am talking 1lb or less lost a week. Sometimes none. Oh no I am on a mission. I have been overweight far too long.
DeleteBy the end of this challenge it would be nice to be 172lb. I can not even image weighing less than 170lb. It's been years.
I'm looking for a good toning workout, could you give me more details on it? Awesome job with the 184! You're going great, you'll definitely see 175. The thing I love about what you're doing is you're steadily losing and maintaining. Ever since you knocked down the 200 barrier, I've only seen you be consistent. Keep it up lovely.
ReplyDeleteThank you. I have had the numbers go up a little sometimes or they stay the same. But they never go back up more than 2-3lbs depending on what I eat.
DeleteYes it is Jillian Michael's No more Trouble Zones. The work out is a total of 50 minutes. You only need hand held weights and a mat. They have a beginner person to follow and advanced. Most of her dvd's you have to do the workout 6 days a week which can be time consuming. But following her workout with balanced eating. You can see up to 5lb lost in a week or 15-20lb in a month! The dvd is at Wal-Mart for $10!
