Weight 194.0

       
            Hello everyone.  My goodness today was super long.  Not a bad day but just long.  I am glad I at least got my work out in.  So I am happy about that.  As you can see the scale went down, wayyy down.  This really surprised me this morning but I am glad because now I got that hunger back and have been sticking to my eating plan.  I do look a little smaller but I have a long way to go before I am where I would like to be.
            My manager started back tonight and I had to close with him.  It wasn't so bad.  He did say he wants to talk to me on wednesday.  That I am not looking forward to that.  I don't think it should be anything too serious.  If so he would have made the time to talk to me today.
           Okay so I have set a goal for July.  At first I was afraid to tell you ladies what my goal is because it is quite drastic and kind of of crazy.  So I decided to have a goal 1( the goal I would like to meet ) and a goal 2 ( another one I wouldn't mind meeting )  I also need to keep my mind sane too in this weight loss process.  Alright so I my main goal is be 180lb by the end of this month.  If I can not reach that I will accept 185lb.
          I am just getting so excited because 180lb is within reach.  Man I haven't weighed that since summer 2010 and I fasted to get to that weight.  Then there is my phase 1 goal of 175lb. I haven't weighed that since spring of 2007. I went back home to visit in fall of 2010 with my 180lb and everyone thought I was slim, which I was compared to before.  Hahaha wait until they see me next year.  Gonna knock their socks off.

    Good luck with your goals for July, it seems a lot of people have a plan for July.

    Some are realistic (Winter's), some are absolutely impossible (mine)...

    1. Awwwww your plan can't be that bad. I think 15lbs in a month is a little much but I am going to try anyways lol. Do you have your plan on your blog? I may have to go back and take a look.

  3. Maybe a little much but not impossible..:) Every pound you lose in July, and no matter how much it will be in the end, will take you closer to 175 which is really not that far away from your current weight..but i like your idea of "monthly goals"

    1. Thank you for being honest. Every lb does count but if I am out of the 190's I will be so happy. That is why I am getting so hungry to lose this weight because in a sense I am close to that 175lb. I haven't weighed that in years and I want in back!

      I got monthly goals from Trillian. I use to just try to lose as much as possible but with having a number to focus on I feel like I fight harder for it.
