Weight 84.7kg Let the Games Begin


     Hi ladies.  I have been wanting to write this post for days now. Days.  I have been so busy with cleaning and cooking for superbowl yesterday I did not get a chance to even post like I wanted to.  Hubby wanted us to spend time together and get me off the phone.  

    I know you guys saw my weight and was like holy shit what happened.  Binging happened.  I know I was starting this challenge and I went on the food.  I have been eating like this for the past 3-4 days I believe so yeah I know the scale would not be kind but to say I am 84.7kg/186.3lbs   That is some serious ass damage.  I am not even mad.

     Okay so my challenge starts today with exercise and healthy eating habits.  I will be following a plan similar to pretty keli.  I will do 30 minutes in the morning and 30 minutes in the evening, 6 days a week.  No sugar, no salt, no beef, no pork.  I am a huge beef lover.  Sad thing is I got steak sitting in the freezer.  Maybe it can be my treat at the end of the two weeks.  So the end date for this challenge is Feb 18th.

      I told people on here to feel free to join me.  What am I saying we are always to trying eat and do better but sometimes with it being a challenge it makes it a little funnier.  Follow whatever rules works for you.  I listed above what I will be doing.  I didn't want to this to be a long post but I must tell you all about this chick on my job who is challenging me.

      She saw me at my heaviest and has seen me at my low weight of 175lb.  This chick has lost hmmm maybe 20-25lbs.  So now at work she is wearing our hideous uniform super tight.  She is constantly looking at herself in the mirror.  She is always bragging how guys that come into our store are giving their number to her, how her ex husband is now flirting with her( by the way she flirts with all men )  Now she is even putting this extra swing in hips when she walks.  She is taking great joy in my weight gain.

      A lot can happen in 5 days. I am going out with her this friday with two other coworkers.  I have the baddest outfit picked out.  I already told my husband.  Yeah the outfit is not something a married women should really be wearing.  It's black mini skirt, with a leopard shirt that is open half way down the back.  I am going to wear it with my waist belt to make me look smaller of course.  Then I am wearing black heels.  The other jealous coworker of me, made a snippy comment when we went out for drinks two weeks. "oh you are wearing heels?  Gonna wear that on the dance floor? "  Every time we go out I wear flats or sneakers because I don't want my feet to hurt.  That is out the window.  I am going to out do both of them bitches.

       I know you guys are thinking "why are you even hanging out them?"  I promised them I would be there.  The one coworker is celebrated that she is officially divorced.  These two coworkers say we are friends but we are not.  Social buddies is more like it.  For the record I am jealous of the one coworkers weight loss but her rubbing it in our faces doesn't make any easier.  I did not do anything like that.  I still wear my same uniform size I did when I was bigger.  Anyway this will be my last time hanging out with them, so I am going out with a bang.

       Thanks for reading my bullcrap towards the end, lol.  Let's rock this challenge ladies!




PS my goal weight for the end of this challenge is to be 75-77.3kg/165-170lb

    1. It is just for fun but it would be nice to know how much weight we could lose in 2 weeks. Sorry I have not emailed you yet. I will get back on that tomorrow.

    1. Thanks Katie, the challenge is going great! I am not losing like I want but I am toning up super fast. It's better than nothing. I will have to swing by your blog to see how you are doing. I am still nervous about your trip :-( but I know it is for the best.
