Weight 84.6kg Seeing Changes


        I hope everyone is doing good.  I have not been on here what seems like forever.  I am sure you ladies can see that my weight has not gone down too much but some.  At this rate I do not think I am going to meet my goal of 170-175lbs/ 77.3-79.5kgs.  Kind of sucks but at least I look better.  My husband pounced on me today so that is a good sign.

        Today is day 3 of this two week challenge of out 14 days.  I have to say this is the first day I was able to get in the morning and evening work out.  I am sorry but for the average working person doing a morning and evening work is hard to do.  I have to remember that I need to be at my goal weight by the end of June for my vacation.  Hmmm I wonder what jean size I will be.  I would be okay with an size 8, UK size 11.  God my UK size sounds um big but whatever better than what I am now.

       In a few moments I will be trying on outfits for this friday to upstage that bragging coworker I was talking about.  My butt already has more lift, mid section is down a bit, and low handles!  Still not sure what hair I am going to wear.  That will depend on the outfit as well as which shoes I am going to wear.

      As you can see not too much to up date.  How are you ladies doing on the challenge?  Jane, Kitty, emily?

    i'm a 14 on my 43.5" hips and i dont know how much that is anywhere else.

    1. hahaha no worries. My weight went down finally. I am hoping that it went down some more today. I weighed in at 175.8 but I know it will be lower by noon or after my workout.

      About to go in to my crazy job for a few hours.

      Yes! I am going to upload some pixs. I am pretty excited. It's been a while.

    1. I am trying to tell myself that. I also have to remember my body processes very slowly. Even with my meds. I should still be able to at least lose like 10lbs a month but I can not lose 20lbs in 2 weeks. Everybody is different and I am no prettykeli.

  3. I agree with Kitty..sometimes when you feel good, the number on the scale shouldn't matter, but its easier said than done. If you feel good, and see results on your body..forget the scale...enjoy that feeling..and yes, show us a pic :)

    1. Sorry I had responded but somehow it didn't not save or something.

      I feel great. I am not so worried about the number on the scale at the moment. I feel like I am getting my stride back. I will be making a post soon with my before challenge pixs and after, plus my outfit for tonight.

      How are you? I guess I should visit your blog. I will do that soon.

    1. Thanks Katie. I am trying really hard. Getting ready to go into work soon so I will have to do my workout when I get off. I get off earlier so it should not be a problem.

  5. Dear winter. Im not in the mood of updating my blog. Cos u know the matter i told last time i update... :-( nufff bout that... I hasnt went to gym. So i opt for kettlebell workout... 16lbs got me sweat out but managed to do bout 30min daily. Food wise im so happy cos ive been restricting like hell. Starting from tuesday... N i noticed my blous loose a bit. Yay!

      I still have not tried Kettlebell workouts. I really need to but I have not have the funds just yet to buy a kettlebell and dvd. Maybe when I get my taxes back.

      My jeans are a little lose. I will have to wait until I get back to 175 to get my tops lose again. Gain weight and goes straight to the boobs.
