Weight 82.7kg Keeping to Myself



       I feel a bit weird today.  Almost angry really.  I don't know why but whatever.  I am just going to keep doing what I do and keep it moving.  I am going to work in a few minutes maybe that will distract me.

       Okay as for my two week challenge that ended yesterday I started at 188lb/855.kg and ended at 182lb/82.7kg.  Not the kind of loss I wanted but at least it was something.  I struggled with my work out last week because I got bored.  So I changed my routine.  I think I mentioned that in the last post, not sure.  Anyway I am focusing on cardio and yoga to change things up.  Yeah my upper back is sore as hell.

       Let's see was there anything else I wanted to tell you guys. Nope I think that was it for now.  I have not uploaded my pixs yet.  I have been really lazy.  Okay let me get out of here.  See you all on the next post.

  1. You still lost hun, that's really good. Maybe a walk or a workout will help get some of that anger out? Sometimes yoga helps me... Good luck with everything :)

    1. Thanks Alice. I have to keep telling myself that. I think I am going to stay away from the scale just for a few days. It may be best that way.

      The yoga feels like a different forum of strength training to me. My body is sore but not sore sore. I hope I can get in a work out tomorrow before my meeting and going to work.
