I may be crusing up a storm in this post. Fair warning. I mean can you believe this shit. 200lbs. Smh I can't believe it. All I can think about is how my competition at work is like laughing at me and shit. I can't blame no one but myself. I am just disappointed because as I get older this weight is getting harder and harder to lose.
I am getting back into focus tomorrow. The goal is to go home and see my family in november and I refuse to let them see how big I got. So I am planning to get back it tomorrow. I am going to have to retrain my body and stomach. Smh so annoyed. Then I just remembered how two people at work told me I am always eating. I mean wtf it's the break room. After dealing with that shit I did with I deserve some god damn food. Plus they have been letting us have free meals.
So for those of you who still read me do you have any suggestions on what exercises I should do to get small quickly? I have a meal plan but I need to think out of the box with the exercise. Any suggestion will be so helpful :-)
Time for me to get going. Time to enjoy my last day in hell.

you could be at the start. this is what? 8lbs down from that? that's still pretty good.
I honestly don't know how much age effects it to be honest (maybe because I am still pretty damn young)

also this is what people say considering the only exercise I do is showering and even then I don't shower all the time
