I can button my blazer


         Yup I can button my blazer!  I could not button it last week when I brought it or this week when I started.  Could my exercise and diet really change my body that quick?  I mean it's not loose loose or anything but it can close without me being scared I am going to pop a button off of it.  I can't wait until my pants fit comfy again.  I do have to say I really really miss that.

         I have been working really hard.  I mean I have been counting calories and exercising everyday.  It's hard some days with the new job, me having to go to bed early;wake up early.  Just a lot going on.  I am determined to look amazing for thanksgiving when I see my family. I know I can do it but I am really going to need to stay focused.  My body is already craving some junk so I think a good reward meal should be coming up.

         I am going to start training with weights again next week.  I tend to be lazy sometimes(This is one of those times) when it comes to weights.  I am going to have to suck it up.  Weight training always helps me to slim down.  It can take a lot of focus to work with weights.  I am already seeing some changes just from cardio so I can only imagine what adding weights will do.  I think I will start with just 2 days of weight training and the other 3 being cardio.  Gonna go and get ready for bed now.  Talk to you all soon.

    YES. REWARD MEAL. that should be in everyone's plan!
    I eat too much crap anyway (literally. I had chocolate cheesecake with Nutella today) dsfpspkgpskgs so no reward meal for this fatass xD
