Weight 174.8 So it Starts

Good morning everyone.  I have not been able to catch up on blogs in a mintue more so like a week but I have been at lease updating you all on me.  Is that selfish or what.  Lol I will have some time this week to catch up since I am only working all but 20 hours this week compared to 38.  I already got most of my cleaning done so I can relax and start writing again and working out.
Yesterday I started on my veggie and fruit smoothies and they are pretty darn filling.  I feel like an idiot for not doing this a lot sooner.  After this post I am going for my cardio and abs day and tomorrow will be my weights day with you know who....Jillian Micheal's.  It's been two long weeks and I am ready to kick it into gear.
I am not to upset about seeing the scale go up.  I kind of went on the accidental binge.  It started with just a double cheeseburger that quickly went out of control.  I think my body did it because I hadn't binged in probably 2 months( yay me )  So it went nuts plus I am going to be feeding it fresh fruits and veggies.  God forbid.
Current update on the whole job thing.  I may have a possible job offer.  I have to go fill out a paper for my background check and all this bid.  I hope this is it yet again because I need this.  Especially with my manager cutting hours and still being a butt.  I am doing my best to ignore him and just do my job but kind of hard when he keeps doing my schedule wrong and whiny of petty crap.
I would like to say hello to some readers I got.  Hi!  Thanks for joining all of us.  Big happy community on here.  These people are great and support and have helped me to psh myself and not give up.  Hopeful it will do the same for you all.
I am off for my jog now.  Thanks for reading and the continuous support :-)

  1. I love that you try to work out everyday. You exercise like it's your job, ha. I'm starting training for a 5k in 3 weeks, so I need to go jogging every day, and hit the gym. This month is going to be intense, that's fer sure, but oh, think of the results!! Love you hon, keep at it. I had a cupcake binge last night, but I got up this morning, ran a mile, had a protein shake, and a salad and apple for lunch. It's all about forward. Love you hon, keep pushing it.

    1. I really only try to do 4 days a week. Every time I have tried to do 5 or more I burn out after 2 weeks so 4 days is something I know I can keep doing.

I am pissed off at the moment because even after my great workout and following my eating plan the scale still is going up and now I am starting to get pissed off. I don't know what is going on. I am taking my thyroid meds so that can't be the problem.

  2. Love you. I'm glad you're finding time to get back into exercising. I realllly need to do some exercise myself. It's all too easy for me to obsess over food and completely forget to do any exercise.
    You've just completely motivated me.
Take care. Hope you have a good week.

    1. My sister is like that. She is awesome at watching her food intake but she will not exercise. Not because she forgets but rather because she is lazy and doesn't want to.

Thanks! I can't believe I motivated you to work out lol. Look at it this way. If the number on the scales still sucks at least you can look slimmer.

    2. That's exactly what I want.
I'm terrified of being 'fat skinny' where the scale says I've reached my goal weight, but I'm still flabby and completely untoned. That's my worse nightmare, so thank you so much for the motivation to exercise.
      Good luck.

    3. It is working out good so far. I look slimmer already. I use work out dvds because they do work. At least for the weight training. You got any questions about them feel free to ask. I wanna see you sporting some short shorts and a bikini next summer :-)

  3. Wow 2 months seems impossible for many people. Congrats on having such an amazing control. And one binge won't hurt your weight loss. Your body needs certain foods from time to time. See it as a reward for your hard work, no doubt your scale will go down...

    1. I am surprised and happy that I did go that long, without even really trying at that.

As you can see the scale is yet again going down. I know this is bad but I want to see 155lb by the end of this month. That means I am on track for meeting phase 2 goal.
