My god I would love to have that body when I am vacation. I could fearlessly rock low cut jeans, show a little belly, hell I could even wear a tube top. I am gaining weight. No I still have not gotten on the scale but I checked my measurements. My waist is going in the opposite direction. As you can imagine I am pissed. I have started counting calories without seeing much results. I am still following my workout plan but it feels like it is producing weak results.
I am sorry but I refuse to go back home fat. I know you all here understand. Okay so my goal was to have a 28-30 inch waist for vacation. I am now hitting 34 inches. Not happy and far off from goal. So I am pulling out my good stuff. It is not a joke. I will be small and have jaws dropping when I go up there damnit.
I am sorry but I am going on my protein shake diet. Just until I get to my 30 inch waist and then I will go back to my healthy eating habits. I refuse to be fat. I can't be fat. I deserve to be thinner. I am just imagining that number I want to be at and what I would look like. Maybe my body will get the hint.
I am still sticking sticking to my workout plan of Slim in 6 but I am adding in Turbo Jam "turbo sculpting" I may not be able to get my weight down like I want but if I can just look in the mirror and feel proud, satisfied, and comfortable in public. I will take that.
I can do this!

ReplyDeleteand awwwwwww love. it sucks when you're gaining weight. oh, but if it's reflected on the measuring tape, it could be either water retention (maybe your period is coming or you are eating a lot of salt in your diet.)
just baby, don't go too far with it, alright? if your body isn't happy with it, don't force it to do something it doesn't want otherwise it will work against you.

Have faith!!! I know easier said then done. Also something I learned while doing this boot camp program I am doing. You have to mix it up. I was doing it all wrong for years. I would do the elliptical for an hour or the same workout DVD for an hour. In this program we are running lifting squatting lunging ect. for an hour and let me tell you I am feeling the burn. Try making yourself a curcut training work out and then get a timer. add all sorts of stuff to it so you are working all different muscles in that hour. I did this there are some great sites to help you.
