Hello everyone. I am doing pretty good today. I have been doing a lot of thinking today. With all the changes going on in my life at the moment I need to restate my goals. Weight loss and non weight loss. How I feel in life does effect me a lot in my weight loss goals. I wish I did not care so much about my looks along with some other things but it is what it is.
Okay so I guess I will start with some personal goals. 1. take my vitamins 2. clear up my skin 3. maintain my eyebrows 4. clean apartment one time a week 5. wash clothes once a month. Now I know some of these goals sound superficial but I have always had bad skin. It has gotten better but I know I can do better. Vitamins is a must according to my doctor so enough said on that. I would like for my apartment to look less cluttered and more comfy and clean. My husband and I have a lot of clothes. We can make it 3 months before we need to wash clothes. I need to lighten the load and start washing clothes more often.
Now for weight loss goals, yay!!! Alright 1. Cook two meals a week 2. Eat more fresh foods 3. Work out 4 days a week 4. Get to waist 28 inches 5. Get to pant size 7/8. I am trying not to focus on the scale with my goals. Let's see how that goes. I really want to cook more and start using fresher veggies and fruits. It's good for the skin and the body. It may even help my modes which can be all over the place. I want to make sure I stick to working out 4 days a week. Even when I am on vacation. I want working out to become me, like taking a shower. I know I may not get to my 24 inch waist but I would like to see 28 before 2014. Not letting go of my dream to be a pants size 7/8. I want to be wearing these pants comfortable by 2014.

I read this post about 6 hours ago and your goals totally inspired me to do something about the usual things I procrastinate about... i.e. cleaning my flat. So that's what I just finished doing. I think it's great to constantly reevaluate your goals and I admire you ambition and dedication towards achieving them. You're strong lady. Keep at it! Xo

ohhhhhhh i know when i touch 28.5" it's when I WEIGH 147. id definitely love that. i'm only about 11.8 pounds away from that!!! i'm trying to get to 153 at first though.
and FP is right. you're a strong lady - now stick those goals up people's asses and show 'em whose boss!
